FarmIQ Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FarmIQ is a precision agriculture data management platform operated by FarmTech Inc. The platform integrates with third-party agricultural data services to help farmers manage field boundaries, as-applied data, prescriptions, invoicing, and reporting.

2. Data Usage

FarmIQ accesses your agricultural and accounting data solely to provide the services you request. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. Data accessed through connected services (such as QuickBooks Online, John Deere, or CNH Industrial) is used only for the purpose of the integration you authorize.

3. Account Security

Access tokens obtained through OAuth connections are stored securely in encrypted sessions and are never shared. You may disconnect any integration at any time, which immediately revokes access.

4. Limitation of Liability

FarmIQ is provided as-is. FarmTech Inc. is not liable for any data loss, inaccuracies in agricultural calculations, or issues arising from third-party API integrations.
